Description
A preoccupied inventor is unable to get his electro-magnetic shrinking machine to work until, quite by accident, the machine shrinks his and the neighbor's children. The now 1/4 inch tall children are inadvertently thrown out with the trash and the journey through their backyard jungle begins. The video begins with an animated cartoon in which Roger Rabbit and Baby Herman "stir up a little medical mayhem".
